On May 3rd, 2017, the B20 officially handed over its Policy Recommendations to the German Chancellor Angela Merkel in Berlin.
The Recommendations are the product of a year long process of 7 Taskforces and Cross-thematic Groups, which comprise over 700 members from all G20 economies.
WASEN Ghana celebrates the successful involvement of its Executive Director Isaac Aggrey as one of the few selected Taskforce members of the B20. As Africa continues to meet unexpected challenges, Aggrey has pledged to monitor the Recommendations progress, bring pressure to bear and assist the B20 stay the course whiles pressurising the G20 to deliver on their promise.
